Isn't it weird how donating too many kidneys makes you a criminal? Like, whats wrong with saving so many lives?

Donating 1 is fine, makes you a hero, 2 is weird, but 3? now you are getting suspected for murder and organ trafficking, not like that happened to me of course, heh heh...
